With this Kit you will be able to provide very effective and memorable demonstrations and hand-washing training sessions anywhere, and unlike posters and written instructions, this innovative training method will impart a very memorable visual experience and is therefore is likely to be  far more effective overall.

Of course if staff do not continue to wash their hands properly after being trained then the problems remains. The IC Pro Kit contains all you need to establish an IC Check Point. Such a facility located close by to hand-washing facilities will enable staff to regularly 'test' themselves to ensure they are still washing effectively.

 3  RANDOM SPOT-CHECK SCREENING

To ensure your staff continue to wash their hands effectively and provide you with clear evidence of individual and organisational compliance, simply implement the following policy.

Each morning / start-of-shift, staff apply Wash & Glow UV-GERM Lotion to their hands / wrists prior   to washing. Staff then wash their hands regularly   as usual throughout the day / shift.

Now implement Random Testing / Screening of staff to see if any UV-GERM lotion is still detectable. If it is, then that person may be retrained, if not, then it indicates staff are still washing their hands correctly.  Staff may of course make regular use of the Self-Test CheckPoint to ensure they are washing correctly.

How do you know if your cleaning services are actually doing an effective job of cleaning?  How can you be certain they are being thorough and hygienic?
